Santa Fe Tomato Peach Salsa

Sometimes, like early September, too much of a good thing happens.  Sometimes too much of two good things.  After many lunches of sliced tomatoes followed by a peach, I realized that they might work together. After all, what is better than two much of a good thing?  Double that.

Ingredients:

One large red heirloom tomato

about ten yellow cherry tomatoes

Two large Peaches

One clove garlic

half a tube of broken up fresh goat cheese

Pinch of salt

Directues:

Cut to desired sizes, mix together.  Serve with chips or crackers as a meal for lunch.
